Lígia loves white and mistery. This house plays with all these. A place for a family with three teenagers that plays with modern tromp l’oeils and little details white-on-white that give a sense of inner peace and true relaxation.

A true blend of all and new. A perfect mix of antiques and new trends in a comfortable way that makes life easy and wonderful for a couple with small kids.

When she contacted Lígia Casanova for her interior design Project, the owner already knew the result: a complete symbiosis.

Lígia Casanova was invited to create the art direction for the presentation of the newest collection of the French brand Hermès at the MUDE, Museum of Fashion and Design in Lisbon. She created a fairytale forest inside the building…
… accessories were hanging like leaves in trees alongside with little wooden birds,
… shoes walked in a path of leaves and petals,
… porcelain was set in a trunk as a table set for lunch.
An atmosphere of fantasy was created, giving full value to all the fantastic items from this luxury brand.

Located in one of the most creative areas in Lisbon, Lígia Casanova’s Atelier blends fantasy with cosiness in a space where you sense all the atmosphere of a true home. The living room and kitchen welcome clients and gests playing with the high celings and little details that you enjoy discovering along the way. The kids room travels you to childhood with little planets in paper machée flying over the head. Above all, the working space melts with all the rest, giving a true sense of comfort and joy.

In a long 54 m corridor linking two rooms, the idea was to enlighten the walls with several pictures of animals and familiar scenarios. Acrylic printed vinyl was used here.

Project for Nestea Grand Prize. The house was totally rebuilt. New spaces, a new kitchen, living room, bathroom, everything rebuild from scratch.

Main aspects for this house were a cozy and happy home.

Pediatric Surgery Unit. Specially invited by the sponsor (Jerónimo Martins Group), we conceived the new waiting room. A kid inside a rocket, a large sky, and several pictures of families.

Model villa at Estoril, it had to be used as a visit card for potential customers. An intimate, and functional space was build.

A bookstore with just 25 sqm. Was thought so the visitor would feel like as if inside
a fairy tail book.

This space was conceived to Casa Decor 2005 at Cascais Cidadela. Was thought for a non married woman in her mid thirties.
