It was a very dark house, mainly because of the social area floor, which is dark grey, and therefore there was a need to give some warmth to the rooms. The living room has only one light source, hence our decision to dress the floor with several colored wool rugs.

To create a point of union between the floor and the white walls, we chose a wallpaper that recreates the batik pattern, in shades of gray and white.

We also divided two areas, the dining room, and the entrance, created a reading corner and intervened in the large living area. In the bedroom area, the floor is made of wood, now heated with rugs. Stickers on the wall disguise the narrowness of the sleeping space. The client's old pieces match the pieces from our atelier.
